I grew up in West Jordan, UT, a suberb of Salt Lake City. Always interested in English, I was an active contributer and editor to my highschool newspaper and literary magazine. Because of unforeseen circumstances I had to enter the business world before going to school, where I advanced quickly. I was given various writing and editing responsibilities from writing corporate training manuals, to business letters, to editing material and layout in a print shop environment. In addition, I regularly contributed articles for a company-wide newsletter.
In the middle of all of this, I was finally able to start my college career, and will receive my AS degree this year (2005). I look forward to continuing my college career, and finishing up in 2007.
Meanwhile, I look forward to the world of freelance writing, one of my true loves!
